OZALDER ROBLE

The grapes for this wine have been collected at night, in order to avoid all possible kinds of oxidation, keeping the polyphenols at most. After cold maceration of several days in order to extract the fine tannins, the fermentation process is initiated. This process is controlled carefully, taking special care in the circulating of the wine to achieve perfect extraction of the finest tannins that create the structure of this great wine. After the stabilization, the wine goes through the malolactic fermentation inside French and American oak barrels, refining in oak over 5 months afterwards.

TASTING NOTES

The wine shows the beautiful color and cherry tones. The bouquet is a complex of red fruit and spicy notes of the oak. It has perfect glycerol structure in the mouth, dominating the palate entirely with its polished roundness and showing a distinctive liquorice flavor that persists in the aftertaste of the long finish.
